Important Updates for the 2026-2027 Swim Season 

• Check your Arbiter page and email routinely.

• If you are not receiving alerts from Arbiter, sign onto your dashboard and change the settings so that you get notification by email, text or both

• Our yearly meeting will take place next Tuesday, August 25th at 7PM at Erie 1 BOCES (355 Harlem Road) in Room B1.

• Please bring checks or cash for dues.  Dues are $50 for primary membership and $35 for associate membership. 

• If you have not done so already, COMPLETE THE EXAM on Dragonfly! We still have quite a few who have not completed (or passed) the exam.  Please complete your exams ASAP.

• If you have any new BLOCKS for the girls season, please put them in Arbiter still.  Even though the assigning has happened already, it makes it easier for Doug and the ECIC office to assign meets.  Also, please start putting in your BLOCKS for the Boys season as well. 

• If you ordered any new shirts for this year please bring payment to the meeting. $28 for no pocket and $30 for shirts with pockets. 

• Finally, please bring your personal calendar with you to the meeting to share availability and willingness to work championships.  We hope to have dates for all championships by the meeting.
